Pricing Questions, Answered
Can I switch between tiers anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your existing files stay accessible the whole time.
What happens if I go over my bandwidth limit?
We never take your images offline mid-thread. If you exceed your monthly bandwidth, we throttle non-essential hotlink traffic rather than breaking your embeds. You'll get a dashboard alert at 80% and 100% usage.
Do unused storage or bandwidth roll over?
Bandwidth resets each billing cycle and does not roll over — but storage is a soft cap, so if you don't fill it one month it stays available indefinitely. Pro and Shop plans also let you buy one-time storage add-ons at any time.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Pro annual is $108 (save 25%) and Shop annual is $432 (save 25%). Multi-year agreements for Shop accounts come with additional bandwidth and storage — get in touch for a custom quote.
Do you offer a non-profit or club discount?
Registered car clubs, enthusiast communities, and non-profit automotive education programs get 50% off Pro plans. Send us your club info via the contact page and we'll set you up.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA direct debit. Shop accounts can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms on request.
